Prices and shipping costs

All prices are inclusive of VAT plus shipping costs.
We deliver with [DPD, UPS, Swiss Post etc.] or another shipping service provider of our choice.

The shipping costs per delivery are

• Within Switzerland: CHF 6.90

• Deliveries to Italy, Austria or Germany: EUR 6.90
• 
  
• Deliveries to other EU countries: EUR 9.90

 

Terms of delivery

We only deliver within Switzerland and the EU.
The delivery time after receipt of full payment is

• within Switzerland: 2-5 working days
• 
  
• within Italy and Austria: 3-7 working days
• 
  
• within Germany: 2-5 working days
• 
  
• within the rest of the EU: 3-8 working days

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us as soon as possible.
Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights.
However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
